Uniform

All players need a hockey stick, shin pads and mouthguard. You can get these from your local sports store (eg Rebel Sport) or a specialist hockey store (Just Hockey, F-H-E or various others).

Most beginning and grass players wear standard sports shoes (cross-trainers) for training and games. Turf hockey players usually wear turf hockey shoes, although it is not uncommon for turf players to wear standard sports shoes. (If you are not sure about this, speak with your coach before making expensive purchases).

Female players wear a black skirt or skort. Male players wear black shorts. You provide this.

You can order your Wenty shirt, Wenty socks and optional items such as a Wenty donut hat (to keep sun and hair off the face) online here. You can pick up items, once they are ordered, at training or games.
